What is a Blast Room?
A blast room consists of an enclosure that prevents fine abrasive material from entering the outside air and a system designed to reclaim your abrasive material. After the leftover abrasive is recovered, it is moved to a recovery system that separates dust from the leftovers so the high-quality abrasives can be reused.
Blast Room Systems are used in a variety of industries that require surface preparation prior to the application of a protective coating. The surface of the work piece is cleaned by a mixture of abrasive and high pressure compressed air being directed at the workpiece by a blast nozzle. The blast room contains the abrasive being shot at the workpiece, as well providing lighting & ventilation for the operator's safety.
We are equipped with Portable Sand Blasting Booths, Blast Room Dust Collector and Sand Blasting Room Ventilator.
In Industry there are many critical components available which cannot be blast in automatic machines due to the restriction of their geometry, size, or Production output. These types of components are shot blasted in a closed Room called Blast Room Systems which are equipped with a media recovery system, a Blast Room Dust Collector and a Portable Abrasive Blaster.
Blast Room systems can be Steel fabricated or Civil Constructed. In the Civil constructed blast room, the door will be steel fabricated with air louvers. Air louvers enter required air as per dust collection system. The door of the Blast room can be sliding and hinged type, we can supply according to customer needs and space available at customers' workshop. Blast Room Dust Collector chambers are of many types, most popular is Cyclone Type, Reverse Pulse jet Pleated filter, Motorized shaking type. We assure effective Sandblasting Room Ventilation. We supply these dust collectors as per customer need and specification of components.
Abrasive Media used in Blast Room Systems can be reused. We have proper facilities for reusing the media. This is how expensive media can prove to be sustainable.

- Vacuum recovery unit for collection of abrasives from intricate parts/portions of the job.
All abrasive recovery systems include three basic functions :-
- Delivering the abrasive which rebounds off the workpiece to a central recovery point.
- Transporting the abrasive from the central point to an abrasive cleaner.
- Removing dust and other unwanted material from the abrasive before it enters the blast machine to reuse.
