About Aerowheel Surface Finishing
Aerowheel Surface Finishing was founded by Mr. Vivek Mehra — a Mechanical Engineer and MBA with over 22 years of experience in shot blasting and sand blasting machine manufacturing, including his tenure as Vice President at Mecshot Blasting Equipments Pvt. Ltd.
Today, Aerowheel operates from a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Jodhpur with a team of 50+ skilled engineers and technicians. We have successfully delivered 1,000+ shot blasting and sand blasting machines across India and internationally, manufacturing 120+ machines every year.
Our facility uses advanced CAD and SOLIDWORKS technology, High-Manganese Steel components, and PLC-controlled systems to deliver machines built for long-term performance.

Our Founder
Vivek Mehra
Aerowheel was founded by Mr. Vivek Mehra — a Mechanical Engineer and MBA with 22+ years of experience in shot blasting and sand blasting machine manufacturing. Before starting Aerowheel, Mr. Mehra served as Vice President at Mecshot Blasting Equipments Pvt. Ltd., where he gained deep expertise in machine design, manufacturing, and industrial surface preparation.
Under Mr. Mehra’s leadership, Aerowheel has grown to 50+ engineers and technicians, a 40,000 sq. ft. facility, and 1,000+ machines delivered — all handled in-house with complete accountability at every stage.
